Job Description:Greeting and attending customer's at service lounge.
Ensure to provide flawless, up scale, professional and high class customer experience at service lounge.
Responding and anticipate to customer's needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
Handling customer quires/ issues related to product.
Resolve issues in respect with any customer escalation on priority.
Setting up computer security measures.
Installing hardware and software systems.
Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
Test functionality and assess problems by operating computer systems or related.
Preparing cost estimated for new installations.
Qualifications:English Fluency and basic computer knowledge is Must.
Experience in Mobile phone service/support preferred.
Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided).
