Job Description:

Greeting customers and find out the needs.
To be a sales consultant to the customer.
Describing a product's features and demonstrate use and operation of the product.
Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.
Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.

Desired Profile:

Should have excellent communication skills.
Flair for selling.
Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability & persuasiveness.
Should have knowledge of sales (should know the process, objection handling, cross selling, converting customers.
Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts.
Should have at least 6 months experience in Sales.
Willing to work on weekends and travel.
