Job Description:The candidate selected for appointment shall act as internal ombudsmen of the bank to strengthen the grievance redressal mechanism, and to reduce the complaints escalating to Banking Ombudsmen.
Age as on 31.10.2016:Max. 65 years.
Eligibility Criteria:1. The candidate should be a retired Banker of a Public Sector Bank (other than Andhra Bank) retired from a post not below the rank of a General Manager.
2. Should have exposure in more than three areas of operations such as General Banking, Credit, Foreign Exchange Operations, Treasury, Government Business, Merchant Banking, Credit Card Operations etc.
Remuneration:The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.60,000 p.m.(fixed) subject to taxes as applicable.
