Job Description:Responsible for handling operational procurement, Contract administration and supplier enablement.
Should possess good Procurement Knowledge.
Working experience in Interacting with end customers / Suppliers for Purchase order expedition.
Receives purchase requisitions and Create Purchase Orders.
Direct/Indirect Procurement Knowledge.
Trouble shooting customer requests and transform to Purchase order.
Transmits POs to suppliers and follow up for delivery.
Exhibit skills towards deriving savings from requests handled.
Expedites delivery when needed/requested.
Manages goods/services claims and escalation point for advanced customer queries.
Handling amendment requests of Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers for action.
Handling Purchase order blocks and exceptions.
Experience in handling customer or supplier queries over calls and emails.
Desired Profile:2 to 5 yrs of experience in Procurement Process, Order Management.
SAP/ Ariba is preferable.
Excellent Excel Skills.
Good communication skills.
Flexible to work in shifts (especially australia shift).
Immediate joiners are preferable.
