Job Description:

Experience with Windows servers in physical and virtualization environments, Win server 2012, 2016.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as DNS, DHCP, Group policies, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL, Active Directory, etc.
Strong grasp on configuration management tools, such as Plesk / cPanel / WHM.
Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls (SonicWall / Cyberoam), NAS etc.
Proficient with network tools such as IPSEC, Windows firewall, Sys internals.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V.
Basic knowledge on MS-CRM, SharePoint, MS-Project, Skype for business server.
Exchange server management.
Backup server, File server management, patch management.
Ability to build and monitor services on production servers.
Knowledge of Routers and switches.
Ability to work in a challenging and demanding mission critical infrastructure.


1. User administration (setup and maintaining account).
2. Maintaining system.
3. Verify that peripherals are working properly.
4. Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure.
5. Monitor system performance.
6. Create file systems.
7. Install software.
8. Create a backup and recovery policy.
9. Monitor network communication.
10. Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.
11. Setup security policies for users. A sysadmin must have a strong grasp of computer security (e.g. firewalls and intrusion detection systems).
12. Install patches.
13. Maintain a detailed inventory list of systems.
14. Review system logs.
15. Maintain user access administration.
16. Disaster recovery planning.
17. Perform back-ups as required, Generate/Retain system backups.
18. Physical security.
19. Disable unnecessary services on servers.
20. Access control.
21. Environmental protection (i.e., protection from possible exposure to water damage, excessive heat, etc.).
