Managed recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement.
Handling recruitment from executive level to middle level positions.
Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition strategy and provide innovative solutions to the Business Unit head.
Responsible for end to end hiring process from sourcing till on boarding of the candidates.
Awareness of various sources from which candidates can be sourced for the role.
Engage with the candidate until the candidate accepts the offer and subsequently joins the company.
Demonstrated strong track record in recruiting talent through various sources, which included Internet, Networking & references.
To be responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time, negotiation with applicants and extend offers.
To plan and strategize all the recruitment activities within defined time frames.
Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation levels.
Establishing relationships with candidates.
Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.


Excellent experience in Talent Acquisition the candidates through various job portals and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, email etiquette.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Experience in IT recruitment experience.
Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment may also be required depending on program.
Required Technical/ Functional Skills knowledge of job portals and other prevalent sources of recruitment.
Internet experience including job boards, job posting and social networking.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling and direct sourcing.
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
