Job Description:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions up to team lead level.
Sourcing candidates from Job Portals, References, Networking, etc.
Coordinating with Functional Heads for Hiring and Closure.
Offer Negotiation.
Will be responsible for joining formalities, induction for all new hires.
Ensuring that employee records are compiled and updated.
SPOC for background checks verification and ensure the same is completed as per SLAs.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Desired Profile:

Candidate with 0 -2 years of work experience; Freshers are welcome too.
MBA Graduate with specialization in Human Resources as major field of study/ Psychology student.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of personnel in a global matrix organization.
Mature, reliable individual with strong integrity.
Team player.
Good analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tasks.
Able to work effectively across multi-functional and multi-cultural environment.
Good problem solver and adaptable to change.
