Job Role for Call Process:

Helping clients with necessary product knowledge of online trading process and guiding clients.
Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe.
Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation & Interactive Communication).
Basic Computer knowledge is required.
Possess good organizational and time management skills.
Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers.
Exhibit strong teamwork.
Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills.

Job Role for Email Desk:

Responsible for attending clients queries over email through internal customer support team.
Customer queries with respect to back ofice queries need to be assist.
Email with proper addressing to the query is the basic requirement.
Email need to be address to the internal team and not driectly to Stalkholders/Clients of SSL.
Good communication and email writing skill is must.
