Job Description:

Handling all priority calls from the users and providing them with the solutions.
Handling tickets and closing SLA as per the requirement.
Responsible to monitor the Incident status to respond, resolution as per SLA.
Installing all kinds of windows Operating Systems.
Installation of softwares and troubleshooting through Remote Management tools.
Creating & modifying domain users profiles & properties.
Manage user accounts, permissions, email.
Reset the Password & Unlock the Domain Id.
Configuration & troubleshooting of MS Outlook mail client on desktops, laptops and mobiles.
Installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware problems.
Configuring, installing & updating of Antivirus on client machines.
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Network printers, Local printers & Scanners.
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
Conduct remote troubleshooting.
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
Managing the all IT Asset inventory.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
Report customer feedback and potential product requests.


Good communication skills.
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical support or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments, Office 365.
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
