Job Description:

This role is of a Technical Engineer within the Global EUC & Desktop team.
The role is responsible for delivering technical requirements into technical features.
Sound understanding of Application packaging, deployment, Operating System deployment is required.
Knowledge of MAC, Linux and MDM would be an added advantage.
Planning and prioritizing what (and when) tasks are performed and working with the support teams to ensure the changes do not create a negative business impact.
Acts as the conduit between EUC Technical Specialists and EUC Support Members and IT functions, translating customer, business, platform and service requirements into technical development.
Use your technical skills and user experience to close the communication gap between IT and the business.
