Job Description:

Excellent Communication skills.
Candidate must be comfortable in late evening and night shift permanently.
Handle L1 and L2 level of incidents.
Communicate with Filed Engineers and guide them for configuration and setup.
Knowledge of LAN and WAN network.
Good knowledge of Routing and Switching.
Knowledge of VLAN and switching concepts.
Good knowledge of BGP, OSPF.
Knowledge of ATM, Frame relay and MPLS would be an added advantage.
Candidate should be CCNA or JNCP certified.
Candidate should be comfortable with calls and profile requires lot of phone bridge communication with field engineers.
